School Uniform
Wearing a school uniform helps to develop a sense of pride and community. At Hare Street School, we pride ourselves in wearing our school uniform and working together to achieve excellence everyday.
From September 2024, children in Year Reception - Year 2 should wear:
- Branded Royal Blue Sweat Shirt or Cardigan with Hare Street Logo
- White buttoned Shirt or Blouse
- Grey School Trousers, Skirt or Shorts
- Black Leather Shoes
From September 2024, children in Year 3 - Year 6 should wear:
- Branded Royal Blue Sweat Shirt or Cardigan with Hare Street Logo
- White buttoned Shirt or Blouse
- Hare Street School Tie
- Hare Street School Blazer (OPTIONAL ITEM)
- Grey School Trousers, Skirt or Shorts
- Black Leather Shoes
Items in BOLD can be ordered from Create Identitee.
PE Kit: This should be worn to school on the days your child has PE. The Hare Street School PE kit can also be bought from Create Identitee. PE kit should also be worn by all children attending the Nursery at Hare Street School.
Alternatively, the Hare Street Team T-Shirt can be worn with the following navy blue shorts. The Team T-Shirt can be bought using the link below and the navy shorts sourced from supermarkets locally.
All uniform should be clearly marked with your child’s name, including socks, shoes and spare clothes.
Long hair should be tied back. Dyed or extreme haircuts/styles are not allowed e.g. spiked Mohican/Mohawk/sculpted patterns & words.
Please help your child to practise putting their uniform on and off before starting school, especially tricky items such as tights or buttons. This will help with developing their overall independence.
