After School Clubs

Throughout the school there are many clubs which children may attend. You can book onto a club using the School Gateway app. Clubs are updated half termly. Please speak to the school office if you have any questions.

Club Housekeeping

It is important we adhere to the following code of conduct for everyone to enjoy their after school club.

Please ensure you know which club your child is attending and WHERE it is located.
Collection is at 4:00pm promptly. You must be on time to collect your child from the classroom of the teacher leading the club. There are no office staff manning the office after 4:00pm and lateness will not be permitted. Uncollected children will not be allowed to attend further clubs that term and no refund will be provided.
Clubs must be booked online using the School Gateway app with payment required to secure your child's place. Refunds for absence, loss of place, or any other reason will not be given. Each payment is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to use within a different club.
Pupils attending a sports club must bring an appropriate PE kit to get changed into at the end of the school day. This must include clothing suitable to work outside. Pupils should also ensure long hair is tied back and jewellery is removed.
Pupils with medication should bring this along to the club and hand to the leading teacher (asthma pumps, epipens, etc)
Pupils should bring a water bottle for physical activities.
Permission for pupils to walk home alone from clubs should be logged with the Head Teacher. All other children will be expected to be collected by a responsible adult.
Pupils with mobile phones will need to hand them in to the teacher leading the club. Mobile Phones must be switched off.
